The eye tests I had were clearly explained to me and carried out efficiently and professionally by the Optometrist. I was given a series of attractive frames to choose from by a helpful assistant who measured me to ensure the frames would fit comfortably. When my new glasses arrived, I went into the opticians to have the fit checked and to see if my vision was improved. Yes on both counts. My new glasses are guaranteed for a year. Absolutely outstanding customer service, I cannot fault any aspect of the experience I had here. The staff are so knowledgable and unbelievably helpful, I was actually quite taken aback at how far they went to help me find the right frames. Not only did they understand precisely what I was looking for, they found it for me too, I’m really impressed. I would go as far as saying this is the best opticians I’ve ever visited, and I thank them for the spot on service.
